12:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.

School group photos, by appointment — Marina Ballroom
12:30 p.m. - 2:15 p.m.

Reception for school delegations — Grand Ballroom:

  • Complimentary school photos of principal and district superintendent with State Superintendent of Public Instruction Jack O'Connell
  • Video presentation of photos from Distinguished Schools
2:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Private reception for Awards Ceremony donors and honored guests (by invitation only) — Pavilion Lounge:

  • Presentations to sponsors by Superintendent O'Connell
  • Photographs
  • Student entertainment TBA
2:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

  • Welcome: Orange County Superintendent of Schools
  • Entertainment: The Golden State Singers

Ceremony Program:

  • Introductions of dignitaries and special guests
  • Congratulatory remarks: special guest TBA
  • Congratulatory address: Superintendent O'Connell
  • Acknowledgment of corporate, foundation, and association donors
  • Congratulatory remarks: Visionary and Champion level donors
