Technical assistance workshops by the Distinguished Schools Program Coordinators at county offices of education (COEs).	November
Postmark deadline for submission of 2012 Elementary School Applications.	November 30
Legal compliance/complaint screening of applicant schools conducted by the CDE.	December - April
