Test Data for 2016–17 Available in the Online Reporting System
Partial and preliminary data are now available in the Online Reporting System (ORS). Please note, however, that the data in ORS are dynamic; results will change as more data are received and relevant appeals and rescores are processed. These changes may result in final scores that are higher or lower than the preliminary results. Therefore, restraint is advised in regard to sharing the preliminary data with the public. The California Department of Education will release the final data to the public in September.
Due Next Month: Designation and Security Agreement Forms for 2017–18!
The Local Educational Agency (LEA) CAASPP Coordinator Designation Form and Test Security Agreement Form for the coming school year are now available and must be completed online by July 3. Each LEA is required annually to designate a CAASPP coordinator, who is responsible for handling administrative and security responsibilities for all components of CAASPP. The LEA CAASPP coordinator is required to be available to carry out the responsibilities through July 31, 2018.
Remember, Educational Testing Service (ETS) must receive both forms from the LEA superintendent in order grant the LEA CAASPP coordinator access to the Test Operations Management System (TOMS) as well as other online tools to manage the CAASPP System.
