TRT School Survey File Import Layout

Specifications for the import data file for the school-level information into the Smarter Balanced Consortium's Technology Readiness Tool (TRT).

Fields or values marked with an asterisk (*) denote new questions/options for the fall 2012 data collection.

Columns marked with two asterisks (**) indicate the field is required for evaluating whether the device meets readiness requirements.

8 ** Max Number of Simultaneous Test Takers Maximum Number of Student Test Takers that will be doing online testing at the same time.  
9 Est Test Taker Count for 2014-2015 Estimated Student Test Takers count for the 2014-2015 Academic year This field is no longer used as of the Fall 2012 collection.
10 ** Length of Testing Window in Days Length of Testing Window (in School Days) For Smarter Balanced summative assessments, the testing window can be as long as 12 weeks.
11 ** Number of Sessions per Day Number of Testing Sessions per day in which Student Test Takers will test Valid values are 0-9. Do not submit information for this field for the Spring 2012 data collection.
12 School Device Data Entry Complete Indicates that the school has completed entering their data false = No
