CST Science Reference Sheets

Science reference sheets for the California Standards Tests (CSTs).

The purpose of the California Standards Tests (CSTs) is to measure the degree to which students are achieving the academically rigorous content standards adopted by the State Board of Education. Science reference sheets, developed to assist students taking CSTs in science, are provided for chemistry, physics, integrated science, grade 8 science, and grade 5 science.

Every effort has been made to consider the most recent conventions. Although there can be variability in formulas, the goal was to align the reference sheets to current instructional practices, the science content standards identified in the Science Framework for California Public Schools, and current science textbooks.

The following links provide sample reference sheets, as they are found in each of the test booklets.
