Coronavirus (COVID-19) Guidance in Child Nutrition Programs Web Page
On April 20, 2021, the U.S. Department of Agriculture Food and Nutrition Service released 13 policy memos announcing waiver extensions that provide necessary flexibilities for program operators of the National School Lunch Program (NSLP), School Breakfast Program (SBP), NSLP Seamless Summer Option (SSO) and the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) for School Year (SY) 2021–2022.
The nationwide waivers available for SY 2021–22 include:
