This online course serves as a food safety resource and training tool for child care center directors, teachers and food service personnel, and family day care home providers.

Please note: The Food Safety in Child Care Course #452 does not meet the 2021-22 Mandatory Training Requirement. The California Department of Social Services will notify all CACFP Operators when the 2021-22 Mandatory Training is available and how to access it.
