The following terms and conditions are hereby incorporated in and made a part of the: Other, which is, Commercial Lease, dated May 25, 2016, on property known as 4210 E Gage, Bell, CA, in which Alta Public Schools, DBA Prepa Tec LA High School is referred to as (“Buyer/Tenant”) and 4210 E Gage LLC is referred to as (“Seller/Landlord”).
- Owner agrees to pay for the issue with with the city bringing driveway to compliance. This will be done at the expense of the owner. Alta schools will inform owner of the work to be done along with cost prior to doing the work. If any work needs to be done to Iron gate or fence surrounding building this will be done by owners workers.
- Owner will have Electricity, water gas and AIC all working by the time of official move in August 1st 2016
- TRIPLE NET PAYMENTS WILL BE DUE EVERY QUARTER, FIRST PAYMENT WILL BE DUE NOVEMBER 1ST 2016
