Alternative Form Data Readme File 2012–13

For fiscal year 2012–13, 431 charter schools in California submitted their year-end unaudited actual (UA) financial data using the Charter School Unaudited Actuals Financial Report—Alternative Form, sometimes referred to as the “Charter Alt Form.”

The self-extracting zipped file alt1213data.exe contains two files: this readme file (alt1213readme.doc) and a Microsoft Access database, alt1213data.mdb. When executed, the files are extracted onto your PC into the default subdirectory C:\charteralternativeform1213\data. (You can change the extract directory.)

The Charters table contains information about the Charter Schools that filed in SACS, that filed in the Charter School Alternative Form, and that did not file year-end unaudited actual financial data for fiscal year 2012–13.
