An overview of available purchase programs to assist schools in acquiring equipment and connectivity services for students. These are made possible through partnerships between the California Department of Education (CDE) and technological companies.Overview of Available Purchase Programs
As it is recognized that Technology plays an essential role in delivering education, especially highlighted by the recent COVID-19 pandemic, the CDE has partnered with a few major technology companies and internet service providers to put together programs to make it easier for schools to acquire necessary equipment and services for their students. With the possibilities of continued remote and hybrid learning in many schools, the need for current devices, connectivity solutions, and engagement remains a top priority. To help support our California schools in acquiring and maintaining the needed technology solutions, please see the details below on the various programs and how to contact each of them.
