Instructions: Title I, Part D Academic Performance

Consolidated Application, Spring Release program instructions for the 2017–18 Title I, Part D Academic Performance.
Data Collection Purpose

To report the academic performance of long-term students served with Title I, Part D funds. This data collection will only be available for local educational agencies (LEAs) that participated in Title I, Part D and received an entitlement.

Title I, Part D Demographics by Program must be completed first.

Guidance

Long-term students are those who have been enrolled in a program for at least 90 consecutive calendar days. Multiple admissions cannot be added together.
