Subject:    Consolidated Application and Reporting System Update FLASH #69

2019 Winter Release – FRPM Estimated Enrollment

The Consolidated Application and Reporting System (CARS) 2019–20 Winter Release was opened using preliminary 5 to 17 Free and/or Reduced Price Meal eligibility enrollment counts. The preliminary counts were created using fewer eligibility criteria than the official reporting by the Department and may be lower than your actual counts. The CARS system allows for edits to the enrollment fields and if the estimates are different than your actual enrollments you can update the numbers within the 2019–20 School Student Counts form.
