2020 Spring Release

The 2020–21 Consolidated Application and Reporting System (CARS) Spring Release has a targeted opening date of Monday, July 6, 2020, and a deadline for submission of Monday, August 17, 2020.

Below, in the Spring Release Forms section, are the forms included in the release that have changes, and a summary of any changes is provided. If you have any questions concerning a change, then please reach out to the form contact noted. A complete list of the forms included in the Spring Release can be found on the California Department of Education (CDE) CARS Data Collection Release Schedule web page.

Below is a list of each form with changes, a brief summation of the change, if any, and the CDE program staff to contact if you have questions.
