SACS Valid Code Descriptions
Descriptions of Valid Standardized Account Code Structure (SACS) Codes.The following five tables contain descriptions of SACS codes and indicate for which local educational agency (LEA) types (county, district, joint powers agreements/agencies [JPA]) they are valid. (Note: these five tables are also included in Tables of Valid Codes and Combinations.)
These tables have been compressed into a downloadable self-extracting file: Descriptions of SACS Codes (EXE; Revised 29-Sep-2023).

The structure for these files is shown below. Although the Fund field is only two characters, all tables contain the same file structure. The two-digit funds will be left justified.
