Funding supports the provision for specialized services for students with any combination of 13 categories of disabilities as required under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).

Required Eligibility Criteria	Must ensure that the specialized services are provided by appropriately credentialed or trained individuals.
Other Eligibility Considerations	Specialized services must be identified on the student's Individualized Education Program (IEP).
Eligible Grade Level(s)	6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12
Eligible Age Level(s)	12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, up to age 21
