Funding Description
The California Migrant Education School Readiness-Site Based (MESRPSB) program is a statewide home-based and school-based family literacy education model. It assists migratory parents to increase literacy skills so that they can prepare their children, three to five years of age, to become successful learners. MESRPSB helps migratory parents develop literacy, parenting and English-as-a-second-language skills. It also provides preschool services to their children. Families that participate in this program must be classified as migratory under Migrant Education guidelines.Eligibility
