State Special Schools Student Transportation


Funding Description

Funding is provided to the following California State Special Schools; California School for the Blind, California School for the Deaf, Fremont, and the California School for the Deaf, Riverside. The funds will be used for the purpose of providing transportation for students to and from their home on weekends and school holiday periods.

Allocation Formula Each California State Special School will receive an amount based on prior year 2011 expenditure information. Grantees will receive the following: The California School for the Blind, Freemont - $817,239; California School for the Deaf, Fremont - $1,727,505; and the California School for the Deaf, Riverside - $1,349,256.
