Career Technical Student Organizations (CTSOs)

Funding Description

CTSOs are a valued instructional component utilized to teach leadership and interpersonal skill development for students in career technical education programs. State legislation provides funds to maintain and strengthen the six CTSOs operating in California.

Eligibility

Eligible Applicants	Nonprofit organizations
Required Eligibility Criteria	National CTSOs have granted the California Department of Education (CDE) charters for the state operation of CTSOs in California. Applicants are limited to only the six organizations recognized by the CDE to run the state operation of each CTSO.
Other Eligibility Considerations	Contracts are non-competitive and awarded only to the six organizations recognized by the CDE to run the state operation of each CTSO.
