Funding Description

Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Improvement Act of 2006 (Perkins IV) provides funding to more fully develop the academic, career and technical skills of postsecondary education students who elect to enroll in career and technical education programs.

Eligible Applicants	Institutions of higher education
Required Eligibility Criteria	This is noncompetitive contract and is awarded to the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office, the authorized state agency responsible for administering career technical education programs at the community college level in California.
