Eligibility

Eligible Applicants Individuals, institutions of higher education, local educational agencies, nonprofit organizations, other organizations or agencies
Required Eligibility Criteria Sole proprietorships, partnerships, public or private agencies, unincorporated organizations or associations may submit proposals in response to this RFP. The bidder must be legally constituted and qualified to do business within the State of California. If required by law, any business entity required to be registered with the California Secretary of State must submit a current Certificate of Good Standing issued by the California Secretary of State. The required document(s) may be obtained through the Certification Unit at (916) 657-5251 or through the following Web site: http://www.sos.ca.gov/business/be/information-requests.htm.
Other Eligibility Considerations Allow sufficient time to obtain the certificate from the California Secretary of State.
