Behavioral Intervention Program Services
Funding Description
Pursuant to the passage of Assembly Bill (AB) 86 and AB 110 in 2013, the California Department of Education has been assigned the task of supporting local educational agencies in adapting their policies, procedures, and practices to the requirements established by the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. The Behavioral Intervention Program Services grant will fund activities that address local needs for policy development, refinement of behavioral intervention practices, staff training, and technical assistance in the service areas of the grant recipients.Eligibility
