Funding Description

The Tobacco-Use Prevention Education (TUPE) County Technical Assistance and Leadership Funds (CTALF) provide funding to county offices of education to plan, develop, and implement capacity building, technical assistance and training, evaluation, program improvement services, and coordination activities for TUPE activities for local educational agencies.

Eligible Applicants Local educational agencies
Required Eligibility Criteria Only county offices of education are eligible to apply for this funding. In order to be eligible to apply, the applicant agency must have been certified by the California Department of Education as having met the tobacco-free school district criteria on or before July 1, 2017.
