The Early Head Start-Child Care Partnerships (EHS-CCP) American Rescue Plan (ARP) grant, issued by the United States Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Children and Families, is federal funding that will be used for purposes of preventing, preparing for, and responding to the coronavirus in selected northern California counties.Eligibility
