Request for Applications

General Child Care and Development (CCTR) FY 2018–19

Note: The due date for the request for applications has passed. This page is for reference and administration of funding.

The intent of this Request for Applications (RFA) is to expand General Child Care and Development (CCTR) for full-day, full-year funds for General Child Care and Development services statewide. To expand CCTR services, this RFA funding opportunity is available to both Local Education Agencies and non-Local Education Agencies. These funds are intended to provide direct services for California children up to age 13. Awards will be made by county allocation, and within each county by Local Planning Council priority area, with highest scores being funded first. Infant Toddler care has been determined to be a priority for this funding due to low availability and high need.

Program Questions: Early Learning & Care Division, email: cctrrfa@cde.ca.gov

Downloading Questions: If you have any questions regarding the RFA, please submit your questions by e-mail to CCTRRFA@cde.ca.gov.
