RTT-ELC QRIS Evaluation

Note: The due date for the request for proposals has passed. This page is for reference and administration of funding.

Race to the Top-Early Learning Challenge (RTT-ELC) has two required components of its evaluation: validating, using research-based measures, whether the tiers in The California Tiered Quality Rating and Improvement System accurately reflect differential levels of program quality; and assessing, using appropriate research designs and measures of progress, the extent to which changes in quality ratings are related to progress in learning, development, and school readiness.
