Title III English Learner Student Subgrant, Fiscal Year 2020-21


Note: The due date for the request for applications has passed. This page is for reference and administration of funding.

Funding is made available to eligible local educational agencies (LEAs) to provide supplementary programs and services to English learner (EL) students, known as English learners. The purpose of the subgrants is to assist EL students to acquire English and meet grade-level achievement and graduation goals. Note: Recipients and funding amounts are subject to budget and administrative adjustments. Late applicants will be funded based on availability of funds.

Funding Application Instructions and Guidance
Direct-funded eligible LEAs must complete the Consolidated Application and Reporting System (CARS) application to receive funding.
