  2. Minutes of previous meeting on August 23, 2012
  3. Discussion of plans for recognizing School Attendance Review Boards (SARB)  which have achieved model status more than once
  4. Discussion of verification process for Model SARB recognition
  5. Discussion of the State SARB recommendation for including chronic absence data on the School Accountability Report Card (SARC) and the California Longitudinal Pupil Achievement Data System (CALPADS)
  6. Discussion of plans for recognizing Model SARBs in April 2013
  7. Discussion of possible guidelines to school administrators for excusing school absences consistent with Assembly Bill 2616
  8. Discussion of future meeting dates after February 21, 2013
