Chronological Listing of Approval Letters


The Chronological Listing of Approval Letters (XLSX) is a running list of School Facility Program projects approved by the School Facilities and Transportation Services Division. The spreadsheet contains data about each project, including the project description, project type, approval type, approval date, square footage, and number of classrooms included in the scope of each project.

Each listing will contain the Project Tracking Number (PTN) created through the PTN Generator found on the Office of Public School Construction’s (OPSC) Web page, when applicable the Division of the State Architect (DSA) Application Number, and the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) Site Code. Please visit the following links to access search systems for additional information about these projects. You may use the identifying numbers listed in the spreadsheet to locate additional project data.
