This online training provides CACFP Operators information on using the USDA online FBG to determine how to credit food items and recipes to the meal patterns and how to determine how much food to purchase to provide the minimum serving sizes required. In addition, the final section of this online course provides guidance on the required documentation CACFP Operators must maintain to demonstrate CACFP meal pattern compliance during an administrative review.
