Week Menu 1 Grades K-8

As part of the School Breakfast training, participants will review the menu below and determine if it meets the meal pattern requirements.

 

Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday
  • Breakfast Burrito:
    • beans, 1/4 cup (1 oz eq M/MA)
    • 1 oz cheese (1 oz eq M/MA)
    • Tortilla (1 oz eq G)
  • Peach slices,1/2 cup
  • Juice,1/2 cup
  • Cherry cobbler (1 oz eq)
  • 3/4 cup fruit cocktail

 

  • Cheese stick (1 oz eq M/MA)
  • 1/2 cup yogurt (1 oz eq M/MA)
  • Peach slices, serve 2-1/2 cup servings
    Take 1 or 2 servings
  • Scrambled egg (1 oz eq M/MA)
  • Tater tots, 1/2 cup
  • Fruit punch blend, 50% juice, 1 cup
  • Cereal (1 oz eq G)
  • Apple slices,1/2 cup
  • Applesauce,1/2 cup

Take 1

  • 1% Milk (1 cup)
  • Non-fat Chocolate Milk (1 cup)

  • 1% Milk (1 cup)
  • Non-fat Chocolate Milk (1 cup)
