Excess Net Cash Resources—Increased Limitation


Management Bulletin (MB) SNP-04-2022, Excess Net Cash Resources Limitation Increased, is available on the California Department of Education Nutrition Services Management Bulletin Web page.

This MB supersedes MB SNP-06-2020 to increase the nonprofit food service account (cafeteria fund) excess net cash resources limitation. Beginning July 1, 2022, the limitation is increased to six months of average operating expenditures, until further notice.
