Meal Modification Webinars


The U.S. Department of Agriculture Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) Civil Rights Division will provide training on Modifications to Accommodate Disabilities in School Meals Programs on November 29, 2022, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. This one-hour session clarifies general Civil Rights requirements regarding meal modifications in the School Meals Program.

An additional training session titled Modifications to Accommodate Disabilities in Community Meals School Meals Programs will be held on December 7, 2022 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. This one-hour session clarifies general Civil Rights requirements regarding meal modifications in the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP).

Please note that this training will be offered at least one more time before September 2023. We will notify you of future sessions.

These sessions are free to attend, but registration is required.

Meeting entry is locked 10 minutes after the start time. FNS will provide presentation slides at the beginning of the session.
