On July 14, 2021, the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) released Policy Memorandum SP 16-2021, CACFP 14-2021:Previously Issued Questions and Answers Relating to Operation of the Child Nutrition Programs: Updated for School Year (SY) 2021–22.This memorandum provides updates to questions and answers previously released in Calendar Year 2020, and applies to state agencies and local organizations operating the National School Lunch Program (NSLP), School Breakfast Program (SBP), NSLP Seamless Summer Option (SSO), and Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) for SY 2021–22.
