USDA Webinar for Rural Non-Congregate Meal Service


The Interim Final Rule (IFR) entitled “Establishing the Summer Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) Program and Rural Non-congregate Option in the Summer Meal Programs” is now posted and available for public review. The IFR is expected to be published in the Federal Register on December 29, 2023. The U.S. Department of Agriculture plans to host an implementation webinar for summer meal program operators. All interested summer meal program operators are encouraged to attend.

The webinar will be held on Thursday, January 11, 2024, from 11 AM to 12:30 PM.
