Modifications to Accommodate Disabilities

Management bulletin SNP-07-2024, Modifications to Accommodate Disabilities in the School Nutrition Programs supersedes management bulletin SNP-02-2017 to clarify the individuals permitted to complete medical statements as a result of the Final Rule published by the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Food and Nutrition Service.

This management bulletin explains the requirements related to accommodating children with disabilities for school food authorities participating in the School Nutrition Programs.
