New USDA Justice for All Posters Now Available

The new U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (USDA) And Justice for All posters have arrived. The Nutrition Services Division (NSD) will be distributing posters in two phases.

  • Phase One: Program operators who have a review in 2019–20 will receive poster(s) from their NSD reviewer during their scheduled review.

  • Phase Two: All other program operators will have their posters mailed to them. Posters will be sent to program operators according to their mailing addresses in the Child Nutrition Information and Payment System. The NSD will mail one poster for each site approved to participate. We anticipate mailing posters in January 2020.

As a reminder, during the period that USDA was revising and reissuing new posters, no program findings were being issued for missing And Justice For All posters. Once program operators receive the new posters, they must comply with program requirements to prominently display the And Justice For All posers as mandated in FNS Instruction 113-1.
