Superintendent Torlakson Visits CHIME Institute

CHIME Institute is a charter school in Los Angeles that is internationally known for its inclusion practices. State Superintendent Tom Torlakson recently visited CHIME and saw first-hand why CHIME is considered a model for other schools not only in California but throughout the country.
