Dear County and District Superintendents and Charter School Administrators:

Free Webinar Series: Information and Digital Literacy Essentials

I am pleased to announce that the California Department of Education (CDE) has partnered with the California School Library Association (CSLA) and the California Technology Assistance Project (CTAP) to create a free webinar series, Information and Digital Literacy Essentials, beginning on Thursday, April 25, 2013, at 3:30 p.m.

The webinar series will feature eight 40-minute online sessions by experts from the CDE, the Attorney General’s Office, higher education, parents, and other organizations working on these issues.

The series is designed for superintendents, school board members, principals, teachers, and parent leaders. To register, please visit the Madera County Office of Education Scheduled Events Web page at http://tinyurl.com/CA-Digital-Literacy.
