CA ESSA State Plan Submitted to the U.S. Department of Education

California submitted its Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) Consolidated State Plan to the U.S. Department of Education on Friday, September 15. The submitted draft of the plan and a cover letter provided by Governor Brown are available on the CDE ESSA Web page. All drafts of the plan, including tracked changes versions, are available on the CDE ESSA State Plan Drafts Web page.
