Updated Information Regarding the Public Hearing on July 27, 2020On June 12, 2020, the California Department of Education (CDE) provided a notice for the commencement of rulemaking regarding the proposed amended regulations for 12-Month Eligibility. The notice contained information on how to submit public comments and details for the public hearing scheduled for July 27, 2020 at 8:30 a.m., including how to attend the hearing in person or via videoconference. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the videoconference log-in information provided in the notice is no longer valid. Therefore, the CDE is providing the following updated log-in information for persons who intend to attend the public hearing via videoconference:
