Data Reporting -- Frequently Asked Questions Web Page

The Data Reporting -- Frequently Asked Questions web page has been updated to include questions asked by agencies during the CDMIS Technical Assistance and Electronic File Upload webinars of October 2018. This web page is accessible from the Resources Table located on the main CDMIS Support web page. This web page is also available on the Data Reporting -- Frequently Asked Questions web page.

CDMIS 801 Reporting Webinar

The CDMIS Office will host an in-depth training and technical assistance webinar on Thursday, March 14, 2019 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. (noon). In this webinar, the following topics will be addressed:

  • CDMIS Agency Information
  • CDD-801A Reporting
  • CDD-801B Reporting
  • Question and Answer (Q&A) Session

The PowerPoint Presentation and event web address will be emailed to all executive directors, program directors, and active CDMIS users one week prior to the webinar. Please note, agencies do not need to register to participate in this webinar.

CDMIS Feedback Survey

This is a reminder that users can submit general CDMIS feedback using the CDMIS General Feedback Survey. This survey is available for users to comment on the CDMIS experience and to suggest system improvements.

CDMIS 801 Reporting Webinar

When will the webinar take place?

The webinar is scheduled to take place on Thursday March 14, 2019. The webinar is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. and end at 12 p.m. (noon).

What will be discussed in the webinar?

In the webinar, CDMIS Office staff will discuss the CDD-801A and CDD-801B reports. Time will also be allotted for CDMIS Office staff to address agencies’ questions.

Do I need to register to participate?

No, registration is not required. To participate, simply tune in at the scheduled event time.

Where can I receive more information about the webinars?

The CDMIS Office will send an email to all executive directors, program directors, and active users in the CDMIS with specific details pertaining to the upcoming webinars as the dates approach. Stay tuned.

CDMIS Feedback Survey

Where can I access the CDMIS Feedback Survey?

Users can submit feedback of the CDMIS using the CDMIS General Feedback Survey.

Am I required to submit a CDMIS Feedback Survey?

No, the submission of CDMIS Feedback Surveys are optional.
