CDMIS Update #25
Child Development Management Information System (CDMIS)
May 06, 2019
Video tutorials on select CDMIS functions are currently available on the CDMIS Snapshot Tutorials web page! The most recently uploaded video tutorial titled “Completing the CDD-801B Report,” provides agencies with step-by-step instructions for completing the CDD-801B report. Other video tutorials address CDMIS functions including, managing user access, updating agency information, and reporting “No Services.”
All video tutorials are also accessible via the resource table on the main CDMIS Support web page. Additional snapshot tutorials will be announced in future CDMIS Updates.
This is a reminder for agencies with programs that will be closed for at least one complete month during the summer to indicate that no CDD-801A reports will be submitted by utilizing the “No Services” function available on the CDMIS Main Menu. If agencies have an Early Learning and Care Division (ELCD) contract but do not provide any services in a given month, “No Services” must be reported. Failure to report “No Services” (if applicable) could result in the withholding of apportionments.
After gathering feedback from webinar participants, the CDMIS “No Services” web page has been updated to allow agencies to indicate “No Services” up to three fiscal years in advance. A video tutorial demonstrating how to access the updated CDMIS “No Services” function is currently available on the CDMIS Snapshot Tutorials web page.
