  • Blank 2022–23 SARC Template in Word (DOCX)
    The SARCs must be published and submitted to the CDE no later than February 1 of each year, and are considered current through January 31 the following year. The SARCs are one year in arrears.

  • 2022–23 Data Element Definitions (DOCX)
    The Data Element Definitions document mirrors the SARC template and provides information regarding the data required to be populated into the SARC.
