February’s Featured Tools for Teachers Resource—Strategies at Your Fingertips

Calling all teachers! Are you searching for standards-based classroom activities with embedded strategies to boost student learning? Look no further than Tools for Teachers—an online platform that provides hundreds of educator-created lessons, classroom activities, and instructional strategies. These resources cover content for English language arts/literacy, mathematics, and elementary grade science.

Every instructional and professional learning resource in Tools for Teachers contains embedded strategies teachers can use during in-person or distance learning instruction:

  • Formative assessment strategies. More than 40 strategies are featured to offer specific ways to help students and teachers clarify the intended learning, elicit evidence of students’ learning, and interpret the evidence and use that information to guide classroom instruction.
  • Accessibility strategies. More than 50 strategies are featured to help teachers provide students with equitable access to content and reduce barriers to learning while implementing the classroom activities included in Tools for Teachers resources.
