ELPAC Checklists for 2022–23 Now Available!
The 2022–23 ELPAC Checklists
are available on the ELPAC website for local educational agency (LEA) ELPAC coordinators, site coordinators, test examiners, and Alternate ELPAC test examiners. These checklists span July 2022 through June 2023. They can be used for organizing the activities necessary to ensure the successful administration of the ELPAC and Alternate ELPAC.
Initial ELPAC Reminder
LEAs must submit the following scores by June 30, 2022:
- All kindergarten through grade two Speaking and Writing scores—Submit these in the Data Entry Interface (DEI).
- All grades three through twelve Speaking scores—Submit these in the DEI.
- All grades three through twelve Writing—Submit these in the Teacher Hand Scoring System.
Once scores are submitted, Student Score Reports will be produced within 24 hours and be available for download in the Test Operations Management System and made available to parents and guardians through the parent or student portals.
Available Soon: 2022–23 Initial ELPAC and Alternate Initial ELPAC!
The 2022–23 Initial ELPAC and Initial Alternate ELPAC will be available on July 5.
Upcoming Downtime for CAASPP and ELPAC Systems
System downtime is coming up next month. From Friday, July 1, at 5 p.m. to Tuesday, July 5, at 8 a.m., the following CAASPP and ELPAC systems will be unavailable:
- Completion Status System
- Test Administrator Interface
- Test Operations Management System
- Data Entry Interface
- Initial ELPAC Teacher Hand-Scoring System
The 2022–23 CAASPP Planned System Downtime
and 2022–23 ELPAC Planned System Downtime
web pages provide a calendar of scheduled downtimes through June 2023.
LEAs having questions about the scheduled downtime can direct them to their assigned LEA Success Agent. The LEA Success Agent Lookup web page

offers other support options.
