Coming Soon! Interim Assessments for 2016–17
The 2016–17 Smarter Balanced Interim Assessments will become available on September 12! Get a head start by reading all about them in the Smarter Balanced Interim Assessment Blocks Overview (PDF). On September 12, the interim assessments will be available only to staff who have been designated as the LEA CAASPP coordinator by the LEA superintendent. Please note: Beginning September 6, LEA CAASPP coordinators may add CAASPP test site coordinators and interim assessment test administrators into the Test Operations Management System. For further information, please see the July 20 e-mail from CalTAC about CAASPP scheduled system downtime for the 2016–17 school year transition.
Reminder: Digital Library and Interim Assessment Training Opportunities!
Registration is open for in-person training on the Digital Library and interim assessments! The Digital Library and Interim Assessment Clinic and the Interim Assessment Hand Scoring Workshop will be offered throughout the state. These trainings will begin September 13 and run through October 7. More information, including locations, dates, and target audiences, is available in the August 24 CAASPP Update.
