Be Prepared—Update Your CALPADS Data Now!

In preparing for the 2016–17 CAASPP administration, be sure to update your California Longitudinal Pupil Achievement Data System (CALPADS) student demographic data. Please note that CALPADS data are uploaded to the Test Operations Management System (TOMS) on a nightly basis, so be sure to allow 24–48 hours for changes to appear in TOMS. In addition, after any scheduled system downtimes, student demographic data changes from CALPADS may take up to three days to update across all systems (e.g., Test Administrator Interface and Online Reporting System).

If you have questions about student demographic data changes and the 2016–17 CAASPP administration, please contact the California Technical Assistance Center by phone at 800-955-2954 or by email at
