California Alternate Assessment Student Score Report Letter for Parents: Template Now Available
A template for the optional letter to accompany the California Alternate Assessment (CAA) Student Score Report is now available. The letter can be customized by using local educational agency letterhead and replacing bold text with school information. The CAA Parent and Guardian Score Report cover letter template can be found on the California Department of Education (CDE) website.
New Video on Understanding the CAA Student Score Report!
Also newly available is the five-minute video “Understanding the CAA Student Score Report,” which provides information on how to read the new 2017 CAA Student Score Report. The video is specific to this year’s Student Score Report, which provides student results from 2016 and 2017 for students in grades four through eight and student results from 2017 for students in grades three and eleven. This video is available on the CDE CAASPP Student Score Report Information web page.
