Describe how the applicant will collaborate with and support the Orange County Department of Education (OCDE) and Butte County Office of Education (BCOE) on relevant work and work being conducted in tandem with the implementation of the SUMS initiative. Provide Letters of Commitment addressed to the lead applicant and signed by the dean of the specific department within the IHE who will oversee the grant and/or the chief executive officer of the Nonprofit Organization, and the COE superintendent in each participating county office of education (COE) partner, if applicable. (Please see Attachment Instructions)
