Visitor Information
Check-in
The Nutrition Services Division (NSD) is located in the California Department of Education (CDE) building. Visitors must check-in with the security desk in the main floor lobby.
Security will contact the appropriate staff person to greet and escort the visitor through the building. Visitors are encouraged to make appointments with the appropriate staff before visiting NSD. Note: Hours of operation are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Parking

On-street metered parking is available around the CDE. Information regarding on-street parking options can be found on the City of Sacramento Parking Services web page .
Public Transportation
There are various public transit options which access the Sacramento Downtown Plaza, including a nearby Light Rail station. Information regarding bus and light rail schedule is available on the Sacramento Regional Transit District website.
In addition, the Yolo County Transportation District administers Yolobus ,
which offers hourly nonstop bus service between the Sacramento International Airport and downtown Sacramento 365 days a year. Public transit stops are conveniently located outside the Sacramento Downtown Plaza at 4th and J streets and 6th and J streets.
